Steppe Gull, Larus barabensis

2nd Calendar Year, February

 Yamuna River, New Delhi, India

This bird had a much darker tail than another bird of the same age seen that day.  It also seems to have a bit darker wing, with the inner primaries darker and the secondaries not showing a barred pattern.  Could it be a form other than cachinnans?  In addition to around 15-20 Steppe Gulls present on the river that day, there was also an adult Heuglin's Gull.
